By using madanlaltrading.com or any Madanlal Trading payout service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
Madanlal Trading provides payout services — including bank transfer payouts, UPI payouts, AePS retail cash-out, and Express Checkout collection links — to registered business customers, subject to onboarding and any applicable regulatory approvals.
Payout and AePS services are provided to businesses and operators after direct onboarding with our team, which may include identity verification and agreement to service-specific terms. We may decline or suspend onboarding at our discretion.
Fees for payouts, UPI transfers, AePS cash-out and Express Checkout will be communicated to you during onboarding or as updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
While we aim for high availability, payout completion times depend on third-party banking, UPI, and NPCI/UIDAI infrastructure that is outside our control, and delays or downtime on those networks are not within our control.
To the extent permitted by law, Madanlal Trading is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, failures, or interruptions in third-party banking or network infrastructure, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or a breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
